If you have a question regarding a request to cash in your points you have made, please get in touch with your company payroll department or your line manager.

App not working correctly?

Try some simple steps to resolve the issue:

Try logging out and log back in again:
1. Click on the cog icon ⚙ in the top right corner of the app
2. Select ‘log out’
3. Click on ‘Existing user’ to log back in.
Make sure you have the latest version of Work Friends:
Check the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for updates.
Delete and re-install the app
Try deleting and reinstalling the Work Friends app:
For Android: Go to the settings menu > Apps or Application manager > Choose Work Friends > touch Uninstall
For iOS: Hold your finger on the Work Friends icon until it wiggles, tap the X that appears in the corner and then tap delete.
Head to the app store and search for Work Friends, download the app.
Log back into the app
